Customers want to know what they are paying for when they rent a dumpster from us. We include all fees in the quote. However, certain situations will lead to additional charges.

The fee quoted includes delivery and rental period of the container to the selected location. It also includes applicable fees, the seven-day rental of the container, and disposal of the materials.

The quote includes the fee for a predetermined amount of tonnage. If you exceed this tonnage by a large amount, we charge an additional fee. 

In addition, there will be an additional charge if you need the container for more than the agreed-upon seven days.

We allow customers to pay for additional tonnage prior to delivery of the dumpster. You may choose to do so if you believe the amount will be excessive.

Most loads we see come in the following types: construction/demolition debris, asphalt/concrete, clean outs/junk removal, clean outs/construction/demolition, organic waste, green waste and household trash.

However, you cannot mix certain items in our dumpsters. When scheduling your dumpster rental, let us know what you plan to place in the bin. We will help you find the most cost-effective way to dispose of the materials from the project.

We are unable to take hazardous waste, so plan accordingly and find other ways to dispose of these materials. In addition, if the load is over six tons, weight limits come into play. Contact us for more information.

We don’t visit the project site until our team delivers the dumpster. For this reason, we cannot tell you which size dumpster you need. However, we provide a general rule of thumb you can follow when making this determination.

Calculate the number of trips you would need to make to the landfill if you were hauling the materials in a standard pickup truck. 

Double this number and choose a dumpster rental that size.

For instance, if you would need to make 20 trips to the landfill with a pickup truck, you would want a 40 yard dumpster.
