Terms and Conditions

General: These terms (the "Terms") govern rental of dumpsters ("Dumpsters") from Precision Disposal ("Precision"), to be used by the Customer ("Customer") for disposal of the customer's waste materials. These Terms are binding on the Customer when they accept delivery of a dumpster.

Delivery and pick-up: Precision delivers the dumpster to the address provided by the customer. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery area is accessible by Precision's delivery vehicles. Precision will collect the dumpster at the end or on the Customer's behalf.

Rental Period The rental period starts on the delivery date and ends on pick-up. Precision and the Customer will agree to extend the rental period for 7 days. Additional days may be charged at the discretion of Precision and the Customer.

Payment: The rental fee for the dumpster is due at the time of delivery. You can pay with a credit card or by check. $35 fee will be assessed to the Customer if the check is returned because it does not have sufficient funds.

Hazardous Waste Materials:The customer may dispose only of acceptable waste materials in accordance to all applicable laws and regulations, whether they are federal, state or local. The Customer must not dispose of hazardous waste materials such as pesticides and batteries, oil, or paint in the dumpster.

Property Damage: The Customer is responsible for any property damage caused by the removal, placement, or delivery of the dumpster. The Customer is responsible for any damage caused by the Dumpster to his property or that of third parties.

Insurance:The customer shall obtain and maintain liability insurance during the rental period. This includes coverage for the Dumpster as well as the waste materials contained within it.

Limitation on Liability:Precision will not be responsible for damages caused by the Customer using the Dumpster. This includes, but is not limited, to injuries to persons and property damages.

Indemnification The Customer will indemnify and defend Precision from any and all claims and damages, liabilities costs, expenses, and costs, including reasonable attorney's fees, that may arise out of or are connected with the Dumpster rental.

Governing law: These Terms will be governed and construed according to the laws of Florida and Massachusetts, where Precision has the services in Plymouth and South Shore.

Complete Agreement: These Terms represent the entire agreement between Precision, the Customer, and respect the rental of the Dumpster. They supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings, negotiations, or discussions.

Severability Any provision of these Terms that is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable will not affect or impair the validity, legality, and enforceability of any other provisions.
